Hi, I’m Monica Guy.
I moved to Houston during the oil bust in 1980, the Houston Oilers fight song was constantly playing on the radio, and people were wearing Luv Ya Blue! shirts.
It is one of my fondest memories of Houston, and I’m proud to call it home.
I come from a real estate family.
My grandmother was the first family real estate investor. She was buying rental properties in West End Heights (aka Rice Military), back in the 60’s and 70’s.
My mother did the same. Having role models like these around me, made it really easy for me to embark upon my own real estate career.
Professionally, being a Spanish speaker (aka Tex-Mex), and taking the time to learn ASL, and about the Deaf community; has allowed me to help many people.
I know Houston and the surrounding areas well, and can help you find your new home.
